To clarify, we aren’t asking for pictures and saying we don’t believe you but some bonuses that have been available for months or weeks can end at any time if our promotions team decide to do so.
This is usually done to offer something different down the road

@Twitch I’m currently seeing the weekly bonus in your account. You need to use this one and then it should then provide a second if you have only used it once. You don’t receive 2 at the same time, they are subsequent. If you use this one and don’t receive another let me know.
Thats is not right. Simply look how many times i added since using the last weekly bonus. 10 maybe more if the optuon was there i wouldve used it. Rhetorical answers is what this should be called. Look ive had so many conversations about the same thing.

Apologies for the delayed reply here. We have asked marketing about this and it seems that there is only 1 extra bonus per week as per the details of the promotion.. I do agree that the details are a bit confusing in terms of stating an addition match bonus, but it seems you only receive one even at gold level.
Hows this a promotion.? Every week ever since i got to gold there has been two weekly deposit bonuses. You MODS and CS really need to play with your own money. Otherwise you cannot relate to anything we’re saying. Theres to weekly deposits and onlu one has been showing.! Thats simple fix it, its not a promotion and i made my first comment two weeks ago.

Yeah not much to look forward to at all it seems. Hot drop jackpots are the only promotion and it’s not guaranteed to anyone but a few very lucky players. I’m black level and red carpet status. States on reward page I should get daily matches. I get none. Two weekly’s reduced to one. Haven’t had any little gifts since January and they won’t even add any cash bonus exemptions via chat anymore. So disappointing

Can you advise what you are missing please?
I have deposited with my Weekly bonus match however no other bonus matches are showing. My account literally shows that I get an Everyday deposit bonus (as per my pic above) but after going to deposit again nothing shows. So disappointed and by the looks of it so are many other loyal players, I have been depositing elsewhere where they do apply further deposit matches since this change and I am sure others have too. If you are replacing the Hot Drop promotion with our Daily Deposit matches then I will continue to deposit elsewhere until this is reinstated as the Hot Drops are only guaranteed to certain players which is pretty shit to be honest. I suggest the casino takes on all of our concerns as you will lose so many players due to this change. Anyway, have a great day guys!
