Does anyone else have trouble getting a bonus?

The last couple of months it’s gone down hill, last time I had a win was back in August! Deposited shit loads of money too and nothing and also no loyalty one off bonuses either anymore, on the look out for a casino that is loyal to their lifetime members!

Yes I have decided to give up claiming bonuses. For the past 4 weeks Joe Fortune send a message telling me I have a bonus with even more if I use crypto. I only use crypto anyway. Then after claiming the bonus I get a message that I didn’t use the “right method” and they don’t give the bonus. I have then to spend the next 40 minutes or so going through the chat system. As someone who has been on this site since they started in 2016 and have spent thousands of dollars, I am disappointed that they don’t fix their bonus system. Surely the strategy is to keep people on the site as long as possible. Odds are they will lose anyway. Joe fortune has gone downhill since they abandoned honouring their points system. I am ready to give up on them. They don’t take any notice of this or comments on their chat lines. I need to find a good replacement
