I also have had this happen to me. They took weeks and finally messaged me back and tried to apologise with $150 added to my account and $100 added to my rewards and tell me that’s all they can do and that they were unable to move my tier level back to its original status. So I told them that wasn’t good enough that I have been a member of joefortune from 2017 and it was nonsense. I also missed out on my $500 bday gift only to receive $100. Not to mention all of the money I have deposited into joefortune and not receiving my right amount of reward points. Please this issue needs urgent attention joefortune your loyal long life members need their accounts returned to its original status and also be compensated correctly.
Wow I never received a cent compensation and birthday bonus!!! I haven’t received that for thr past 2/3 years!
Yeah I mean I have been playing here for a while now quite enjoyed logging in on my birthday to get my birthday bonus too. I feel ever since the upgrade in November last year it’s just gone down hill…
If anyone ever feels they are missing their birthday bonus, just let us know and we’ll take a look on our end. Note this is issued during the actual day, so we would likely only be able to add this the day after if it still hasn’t arrived.
I am going away for my Birthday so wont be in a country where I can redeem my Birthday voucher. I was told on chat that the bonus is applied automatically for me and expires after 7 days? Is that correct?
What if it isn’t applied (due to casino error) then I return from overseas 3 days after my birthday doesn’t seem fair that I miss out

I received a bonus but it was 200 spins at 20c. What a bloody joke!! That is just a kick in the face really when I am a loyal lifetime member, on the Black Level - Red Carpet status. For the last 4-5 years I have received a cash bonus. Why is it different this year. Please have a more adequate bonus applied that matches my actual Loyalty Level!
Ultimately any birthday bonus is at the discretion of marketing. We can’t overturn the automatic bonus you receive.
Pretty sure the marketing team could but they don’t. You are pretty much saying it is what is deal with it… right?
