Downgraded to bottom tier!

So, I have been with the casino since 2017 and have been on the Lifetime member status, actually, red carpet for a couple of years now which I believe is the highest tier. Logged in 3 weeks ago and the casino has dropped me to the bottom tier?? Anyone else or just lucky old me?

Its with mixed emotions Im finding this now however Im glad i wasnt the only one that this happened to
also and was also in november 2021 that this occured for myself also. What also is the same is that I held a lifetime loyalty level for some time and was a member since 2017. One day in November 2021 I logged in to find my account reset to silver level which was such a shock to me that I jumped onto live chat and also wrote several emails and had numerous escalations all to no avail. I will be writing a more in depth version of this in the feedback section of this forum and a BIG shout out to the MODS here that they attend to this with swift action as I will not be wanting to wait a month like katem2021 has done so here especially considering I have had to play since last november with a silver level account to which I have now made into a black level account from scratch. Needless to say some serious points compensation is in order and you dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out pretty quickly. Do the right thing here and shame on you for doing this to me when I brought it to your attention so MANY times in all the right ways and avenues. Thank you for this forum and thank you katem2021 for sharing your experience so now I too can be heard.

chosen to write this here as the feedback category looks like a graveyard and I need action on this now.
I need my original account here as held PRE - November 2021 and my loyalty level back to what it was then also.
Secondly I need the amount of reward points that I missed out on since November 2021 ( as I would have earned significanlty more points at a lifetime loyalty level than a silver level going up from scratch ) and the subsequent bonuses I could have had access to at a top tier level that I could have and would have accessed also allocated to me. That is just what I have missed out on a consequence to this outrageous oversight when I BROUGHT it to the attention of support countless times.
Thirdly - do NOT give me the run around again. This is your chance to make this right and I expect a swift response and outcome to this and all will be well again. I will keep writing everyday till this is dealt with so I suggest that you guys - @Steven , @Paul and whoever else is able to understand what it feels like to have your home ( which is what I had built here since 2017 taken away to its foundation and destroyed and then to have people tell you it never happened. That is the best analogy I can give to give you an idea of how it felt for this to happen and Ive been fighting my way back ever since November last year but I should never have had to. Do the right thing here and do it fast

Sorry to read this has happened to you! It sucks because yes they upgraded me but only to the black level not platinum life time red carpet status like I was previous to the change?! It was around my birthday time too which sucked because obviously the birthday bonus would have been more :slight_smile: I hope it gets sorted soon!

Your bday bonus can be back issued because you deserve that as it was a mistake not on your part and you should not miss out on that @katem2021. Keep writing and Im sure the correct amount can be issued to you. Considering the amount we deposit here we should fight for what is rightfully deserved after all right?

This also happened to me and I was shafted away and told I would not receive any of the bonuses or rewards I was meant to have received as a platinum member whilst they demoted me down to a bronze level!!!

Actually I was super upset about this and they kept blocking my complaints with ridiculous excuses!

And even though they put me back at the correct level I never received any compensation for the several weeks/ months they stuffed me around for !!

And with regards to the birthday bonus??? I haven’t received that for a couple of years now!!! Ggggrrrr

And how is it that they tell you as a platinum member you get two daily bonus deposits but suddenly change it to crypto deposits only but forget to change that info In the platinum benefits!!

Thanks @janineibas for coming forward with your story that is frighteningly similar to mine and @katem2021 story as well.
Clearly a major glitch happened last November affecting certain accounts and hasnt been aknowledged and its not acceptable the way in which we were all gaslighted about it. Im sure there are more people out there that this happened too as well. Keep fighting for a fair resolution to this as I am @janineibas and thank god for this forum to give your voice a chance to be heard. Keep updating how your going with this

Hey @snowy1 I think what annoyed me the most was that I wasn’t able to get as many bonus casino points rewards for the value of points I was purchasing for a $ value and also the deposits I was making were not earning the normal deposit bonus amounts and when I asked if I would be compensated, I was told I would be.

Then when I was eventually corrected to the correct status of black level which I should have been at for the previous 6-8 weeks, I asked to be compensated for the previous transactions of deposits and casino pts bonuses I was informed that they couldn’t find any conversation which included my conversations about the compensation outstanding…… and was told that I have received bonuses but at the much lower value of a bronze member!

I found that every agent I spoke to at the time was extremely condescending towards me and made me feel like I was wrong and that my status was correct at bronze not black!

It was really annoying as I worked really hard to get to the black level for many years and have deposited an extremely large amounts of money and loyalty into Joe fortune! Also I don’t like how they changed the two daily deposits to crypto only yet still say that I am meant to get two daily deposit bonuses in the promised black level! As well as the fact that I have not received my birthday bonus for my past few birthdays like I used to😩

I don’t believe that marketing is looking into this period snd that we are being brushed off as punters who complain but we just want what is ours after all….

Exactly @janineibas as happened to me. I also believe that the compensation should 100% be aimed at the rewards points that had been accumulated at a lower loyalty level which would have been accumulated at a higher rate and value. The return to a high loyalty status is pointless without the points that are owed and thats common sense so keep making this known and don’t give up. My advice would be to keep following up and posting about this as I intend to do to get a fair outcome to this most unfortunate occurrence that happened to us . We are valuable players after all and not just a weekend punter so its only good business for the casino to do the right thing by us so keep plz fighting for what you believe is fair and it will come to you. Hope that inspires you
