Do loyal members get bonus points or bonus credit when they reach black platinum membership level?
Or any gift from Joe Fortune?

There is no actual reward for reaching different levels, however the offers you get will be better.

You get nothing and they don’t offer you anything different. They have even now taken all the deposit bonus’s away from us. They clearly appreciate our loyalty. Big joke

I remember when you use to get birthday bonus’s etc and daily deposit doubles for being a high loyalty member and now they offer you none of these things. It’s sad that this once great site has people looking else where as their loyalty is just not appreciated enough

I agree! I got an email just the other day about becoming “VIP” not sure what the casino considers VIP as I have yet to receive any of the “VIP” service! 
I’ve actually been receiving really good random gifts in the form of big amounts of points to redeem. I also get pretty decent birthday bonuses,last year it was 500. I wonder if it will be more now I’m a lifetime member? 
And sometimes l do ask for a free bonus via chat and theyre usually pretty generous there too 
are you sending pictures along with your requests ? not to be rude just wondering how haha 10,000,000 points most weeks i wont get a deposit bonus i often have to argue with suport just to get this most basic bonus the higher you go the less you get is my experience here along with many other members i mean like i turned over just under 75,000 in around 3 hour a week or so ago thought that might be worth asking for a bonus… i ended up getting $15 and these bonuses never pay like normal either
