I received a message 2 days ago saying that the little gift rewards are no longer, then today I was over my friends place an he just received his little gifts an was playing though, so I am wondering how is that possible

I, of course, cannot disclose any information regarding other accounts, however, sadly, no ‘Little Gifts’ will be issues for you at this point.

That’s so wrong when it explains everything in your promotion page, I just went by that I turned over a lot of money an then to be told I don’t receive that’s so unprofessional

Note that programs and offers can and do routinely change for all players. There may come a time you receive some items others don’t as well. This is normal for any reward program for any business.
