Mate same here!! Joe Fortune does not look after his loyal members like other casino does.
Other casino you get tons of promotion and competitions with great prizes.
I got news about the forum… like competition with great prizes and more promotion which are only available on the forum…
But unfortunately so far there’s never been any competition or promotion/deal here.
WHY ASK PEOPLE TO JOIN THE FORUM WHEN NOTHING HAPPENS HERE?

I have never received “Little Gifts” :disappointed: All though I do receive cash bonuses (when I ask via chat) from time to time, I’m talking like $15 here and there for the hundreds I deposit… lol

Ps anyone had any big wins on Sun Of Egypt 2 since the upgrade last year in November… it has been playing super shitty ever since!

I’m on red carpet status and recently made to black level in roughly 6 months when I first joined. It has been since JANUARY since I’ve had any “little gifts” I log in every day hoping to find them there and still nothing!!! I never even got a reward for reaching black level!! When are loyal regular players going to get incentives!! It’s unbelievable for the amount I spend… where’s the rewards??
I contacted chat about this weeks ago and they said they would forward/escalate this to the promotion team and I haven’t heard a word!:frowning:

Unfortunately we have no insight into when these will happen or to which players.

I got a big one for the first time last month but as someone mentioned on another thread you don’t win from it lol it’s like here have this free cash but you won’t be cashing out :joy: I did appreciate it though was nice to see as have never had one and I’ve been with the casino since 2017!
