I absolutely love chatting to an agent about an issue I’m trying to resolve, when I refer to conversations with previous agents I’m told that that conversation never took place …. So I’m essentially being called a liar because I can’t provide evidence on my end. Only for them to say sorry looks like we aren’t going to reach a mutual understanding and ends the chat 
putting me back at square 1 and rinse repeat! Not happy jan!!!
