Why has the casino taken away card deposits?

So I tried to deposit using card and the form wouldn’t load for me? So I went to chat and they said it’s up to the casino what deposit methods they allow and we’re real adamant that I couldn’t use card, nek minute I log out and log back in the next day and wallah! The card option was available? Not sure what happened to be honest?!
I’m glad you were able to use the option finally, as mentioned above our deposit methods are determined by several factors and reviewed on a case-by-case basis by payments team.
