So after 3 months of not playing here I decided I would give it another go. I’m a lifetime member and been playing at Joe’s for just over 5 years. After depositing and playing I go collect my loyalty points after I’ve lost, but nothing there so I go to chat and only to be told loyalty points are only made by the marketing team by discretion. Wow thanks Joe’s, and only because I haven’t fed you money for 3 months this is how a lifetime member is rewarded. I’ll find another casino that will be more loyal.
