Absolutely nothing. You can be black vip status and have been with them for years and they will still take away your deposit bonus’s and stop giving you any kind of free bonus. If it doesn’t change soon i, and I’m sure plenty others will start going elsewhere. Where our loyalty is appreciated.

On another note I got a $4 free spin bonus on Buffalo gold and the game wigged out and the spins disappeared they compensated me $20 initially then 2 weeks later $30 for it taking so long for them to investigate? But still no resolution on my free games?
