That’s is so bad , I’m not sure what the forum is for. I don’t understand how it works with the amount of money I would expect a win . This site is going downhill. The more you put the more you lose. I keep calling them asking if there’s any issue with my account this in the user random numbers, but I’m getting to a point where I don’t believe it.

I understand your point of view, @Cladav. As you may know, exception bonuses are matter to availability and CS team is always trying to help players where and when they can. However, they are not always available.
