Good luck with a bank wire withdrawal, I have always used this in the past and had no issues but now I am no longer able to and have been told I can only withdraw using crypto withdrawal methods, I’ve never once deposited via crypto and do not use crypto currency but despite many of failed emails, chats etc I’ve been told this is the option available…
